Dreadful experience customers forced to queue in a line to get served ordered on the app waited an hour for frankly sub standard food .Had to go and get our own drinks as we had waited over 30mins staff disinterested and borderline rude .Avoid like the plague!
The Glass House is one of the better Wetherspoon pubs, very big inside, always busy, there isn't too much wrong with either the drinks or food, the only problem for some people would be that the toilets are up two flights of stairs, there is a disabled toilet downstairs but it's not really private is it is in view of everyone. This pub is always a go-to if I am in St Helens.

It's been a few years since we have been here and it's had a revamp. It's spotless! The food was delicious and we had amazing service from Ella. She was so helpul and really pleasant. We will definitely be coming again!
