My husband was taken ill at this Costa today..and I can't thank Chris from this branch of Costa enough for his efforts to help..Thank you Chris for going above and beyond taking the time to help us in our predicament..you are a star..my Husband is doing fine now..thanks to your efforts..♥️will be back to finnish our coffee's soon..?..our very best wishes..
I'm a BIG Costa fan as the quality of their coffee is generally great, and here, that is true usually, but... my, the service can be slow and I mean sloooooow. And sometimes it's not as clean as it should be and often the loos are awful. Surely this is a management issue that could and should have been fixed a long time ago? Come on Costa... get it together!!!

I don't usually comment on Costa Coffee shops as I go to a lot of them and it would take me ages. However, we visited this one while in Southport on a Friday afternoon and I was given the best coffee I've had in a long time. Carefully made, not flooded with milk and the star on top in hot chocolate was a work of art. Also really friendly service.
