I visited costa on the 12 march the place looks very grimy tables not cleaned.the toilets were disgusting the smell and the floor in one of them was vile the tap wasn’t working I had my two young Grandchildren and trying to get us out of one toilet into another with hands not washed isn’t easy it’s a good job I carry wet wipes.for the price off coffee am sure they could employ a cleaner.won’t be visiting that establishment again.

I don't usually comment on Costa Coffee shops as I go to a lot of them and it would take me ages. However, we visited this one while in Southport on a Friday afternoon and I was given the best coffee I've had in a long time. Carefully made, not flooded with milk and the star on top in hot chocolate was a work of art. Also really friendly service.

Coffee was weak and bitter. Costa seems to have lost a good standard of consistency.Won't be going back again.

I'm a BIG Costa fan as the quality of their coffee is generally great, and here, that is true usually, but... my, the service can be slow and I mean sloooooow. And sometimes it's not as clean as it should be and often the loos are awful. Surely this is a management issue that could and should have been fixed a long time ago? Come on Costa... get it together!!!

Costa is IMHO one of the better coffee shops. Good range of coffees, prices although average for coffee are extortionate... its a cup of coffee not a gold bar!

Went to Costa today half an hour before it shut and was told we couldn't sit in even tho people in front of us was in the queue wasn't told this! The girl who served me was very unpolite, very rude and threw my change at me, absolutely disgraceful service ? avoid at all costs
