“popped in for a light lunch. Food was delicious and price was good. Was happy they had the Christmas menu out. Enjoyed a lovely Baileys hot chocolate with a mince pie. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent.”

“You can't really fault the 'Spoons. I tend to pop in on a Sunday morning for breakfast which is perfectly decent and comes with refillable coffee in a quiet relaxed environment for well under a tenner. I'm sure at 10PM on a Saturday night the same pub is an entirely different environment, but perhaps that's the essence of a good pub at the end of the day. The staff are always sociable, from Jo at the bar to Irene the cleaner.
