Arrived after 9pm on a Monday after being turned away from several other places so was pleasantly surprised to find they were still serving food. Free salad bar is a great feature, also the unlimited soda top ups. food we ordered Arrived promptly and was of a decent standard for pub grub. Firstly, our waitress Ellie was superb .. so often nowadays hospitality in many venues i find to be less than basic courteousness but Ellie was an absolute delight, knew implicitly what was needed and when and she certainly was the biggest plus to our meal... Overall the food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Main disappointment for me was the soggy corn on the cob (which was the main vegetable included with the meal)... Visited the derby pool today for lunch and was very happy with our experience. Food and atmosphere was so nice . The waiter (Diego I think his name was) was spot on ..so friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
