“We found this cafe whilst walking back to the bus interchange in Cromer, just 3 minutes before it closed at 6 pm on Sunday! We thought they were going to say sorry we’re finished for the day or we’re only doing take away drinks but instead they said come in and made us welcome. We both had a hot drink which was rewarding after our walk along the coast path. And when we left, they gave us a completely unexpected parting take away bag with 4 enormous scones - 2 cheese and 2 current - which we enjoyed with a cuppa later. They were delicious! What a lovely touch and we plan to return when we next visit Cromer soon! Thanks…”

“Lovely cafe a mere 5 mins walk from the pier. Located above the lifeboat museum. Cracking location with outdoor seating offering amazing views of the beach and the pier. Indoor seating still has wonderful views.
Great selection of meals, cakes and drinks. Staff really friendly and helpful.”

“I visited late afternoon yesterday. Lovely cafe, nice selection of cakes and naughty treats. Nice selection of hot and cold drinks. They also offer hot or cold sandwiches, jacket potatoes and pastries. I had the sausages roll, which was big fat and meaty but also the sauage meat inside had beautiful flavour and lovely flakey pastry. Dad had a cornish pastie which looked packed full of filling in a more shortcrust style pastry. Mum had a toasted teacake which was enormous. And my nephew had the chocolate brownie which defeated him but was lovely. Everything was reasonable priced for the quality, the staff were brilliant too. Will definitely be returning.”

“The service was fast and polite and the food was lovely! The poached eggs were done to perfection and the portion sizes were perfect! I’ve been here a few tomes and they have never disappointed. I highly recommend whitewater as a place to try if you haven’t already!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We visited this lovely family-run café in Cromer on two different occasions, and both times were fantastic. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — you really feel at home as soon as you walk in. The food is tasty, great value for money, and there’s a nice selection of cold drinks in the fridge. A true little gem in Cromer that’s well worth a visit!”

“We had a lovely experience today. The owner was very nice and helpful. We ordered 2x sausage, mash and gravy, 1x chicken nuggets and chips and 1x sausage and chips plus 4 juices. My son didnt want an egg with his sausage and chips so the owner gave him an extra sausage. We ate inside but there is a lovely area outside to eat. I would highly recommend.
Kid-friendliness: My kids are 9 and 15 but didnt use the kids menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs its all ramp from the pavement”

“Fab fab fab. Came here for breakfast and it was the best full English I've had. Everything was so fresh and from the butchers and was cooked perfectly. Staff really lovely as well. A lady who works there makes her own little crochet little fishes and crabs and donates money to a charity, so please have a look a buy one as they are really good and well made. Thanks Crab Pot Cafe, we will be back again soon.”

“Fabulous little tearoom style cafe/restaurant. The portion sizes are vast and have a well varied menu, even for fussy kids. Our dogs were welcome and would definitely seek this place out again if back in Cromer!”
