Been going to this chinese for over 25 years until they recently changed hands, and I havnt been since until until tonight. The new owners are most definitely doing the previous owners proud. Food was absolutely superb, and the signature sweet & sour sauce still tastes the same. without a doubt the best chinese iv had in ages, Can’t wait for the next one ?? By far the best Chinese takeaway for miles around. I'm a Londoner and this beats all my locals hands down. Almost every time I visit my family in Downham we order from Tasty House and are never disappointed. The mixed vegetables are delicious and a great variety not mostly cabbage and mushrooms like most places. All the meat is succulent and delicious. The lady who runs it is super friendly and always a pleasure to see. Make sure you check out this local gem!

Some of the best food I’ve had in ages. Got BBQ spare ribs, special fried rice and schezuapn beef. Ribs were very good size and well cooked. Rice was good. Beef was fantastic. Very impressed.
