Very good service, polite friendly staff. Friendly lady behind the bar made sure I was comfortable whilst i waited for my friend. Clean well decorated pub, lovely style. Good attentive service in the restaurant and the food was great. Had the two meals special offer, a very good deal. Main meals were very good and the desserts were gorgeous. Went for a meal for 2, lady behind the bar was giving dirty looks and not serving us. Came up to order food a while later and the same lady ignored me and was just chatting to someone else. After several minutes someone else came from the back and served us. No one brought us cutlery or asked how our food was. Food was great and nice pub in general

We had been here for several years so decided to book for Sunday lunch. The roast is fantastic one of the best we have had in a pub! Staff friendly and attentive and will certainly be back again soon.
