A classic little pub in a classic little town. This is a straight-forward, basic pub. It's great to sit down and have a drink (or two), but you won't have much more than that.Snacks and games are present, but that's expected of any pub. However, if you prefer a simple experience to relax, you can't go wrong with this place. If you want something more, try elsewhere.

A proper pub, not a restaurant masquerading as a pub (there's no food on offer). Friendly welcome from the hosts and customer's alike, good beer at sensible prices, superbly clean and dogs welcome. What's not to like? Definitely worth a visit.

What a great pub no food just like a old pub should be. Landlords very welcomingLoved it ???

An absolutely fantastic place that hosts a varied and friendly clientele. Nothing is too much trouble for the landlord and landlady, (Jason and Becky.) They run an old school pub with no airs and graces, serving good beers at reasonable prices. I can't recommend this place enough..

Very personable pub. Good range of ales and beers, wide selection of snack food. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great traditional local pub, with friendly owners. Highly recommend.
Good beer at reasonable prices. Nice, bright comfortable interior.

Lovely freehouse on the green at Hempton.Good choice of beers but no food. Mostly locals use it. Well worth seeking out
Great pub. Great beer. Great people. What more needs to be said?
Really great and traditional wet pub. Very welcoming landlord, good beers, snacks and games. Pretty village too.
The Bell is one of Norfolk's loveliest village pubs. Character, atmosphere and really friendly service, in the centre of picturesque Hempton.
