An absolutely fantastic place that hosts a varied and friendly clientele. Nothing is too much trouble for the landlord and landlady, (Jason and Becky.) They run an old school pub with no airs and graces, serving good beers at reasonable prices. I can't recommend this place enough..
We stayed at Fakenham racecourse for a few days and The Bell was very close. It’s a delightful olde worlde country pub, hosted by a lovely Landlord and Landlady, excellent beers and friendly locals, it’s all you need. We didn’t drink anywhere else in Fakenham and neither should you if you visit. Highly recommended ?

A proper pub, not a restaurant masquerading as a pub (there's no food on offer). Friendly welcome from the hosts and customer's alike, good beer at sensible prices, superbly clean and dogs welcome. What's not to like? Definitely worth a visit.
