Great village pub always with some interesting guest ales and beers. We tend to visit on the weekend and the clientele are always friendly and diverse, so far from your stereotypical village boozer.
First time visiting as we have friends that have moved to the area, we sat in one of the pods which was reserved and you can take dogs in the pod the food was very niceWe had Burger which was filled with bacon and cheese served with chips x2 and chicken burger with bacon and cheese served with chips very fillingThey were also able to split the bill at the tillWe did endure a hail storm which was so loud in the pods lol ?Certainly would return

Nice food, there was a bit of a wait because it was busy, but the staff were friendly and it was a lovely evening to sit out in the gardenKid-friendliness: There are high chairs yo use, and a children's play area in the garden.Parking: It was busy, but we were still able to park in the overflow carpark at the back.
