Went in the other day for a coffee wasn't very busy so ordered my coffee and sat down and waited after about 20-30 minutes I went to counter to enquire and they had somehow managed to lose my order didn't have anymore time to wait so got a refund maybe just a one off but will go back and see if the service improves maybe the staff need to concentrate more

When it was brought to table it was in 2 paper cups when they said they wanted 2 pots of tea not 2 paper cups the member of staff said you can say xand complain all you what it wont get you anywhere
