We visited Costa at Gorleston this morning 4th August for coffee and cake,the two members of staff who served us were very polite and friendly, a credit to your company 10 out of 10
Staff were not exactly friendly and made excuses about my cup being returned as it was dirty. They then removed afew more cups before another lady gave me a clean one.They don't sell toast here so I had a cornflake cake, it's was very soft, strange thing. Maybe they're made different there who knows.It wasn't super clean but it was ok, the toilets however have a very strong smell which just isn't nice. The staff go above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable. The chocolate ganache cake and carrot cake are to die for. The staff are always extremely busy, but they always have a smile for their customers.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get around for wheelchair users.
