Excellent fish & chips, so nice we had them twice last week when visiting the area. The local chippy’s near our stay in Hemsby Scratby & Newport were all closed, I would definitely come back to Ryan’s Fish & Chips on our next visit. Ring the number to pre order and they’ll be ready when you get there.

Probably one of the best fish n chips we've had. Very friendly staff. Cooked to order. Bloody lovely.Well worth going to.Not expensive. Great quality food. Will be using these everytime we're around this area.Good job. Thank you.

On holiday in the area and decided we wanted fish and chips. Googled what was around and came across Ryan's. What a little gem of a fish and chip shop! 2 adults and 2 kids had very filling meals (£23 for all). Everything is cooked fresh to order. Chips beautiful, I didn't want to eat my battered sausage because I didn't want to finish it! My husband and daughter reported the cod was stunning! Glorious light batter, nothing was greasy. Really delicious! Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Lovely tucked away fish and chip shop. Down on holiday and rode past whilst visiting Caister lifeboat station. Returned for tea. Although we hadn’t preordered the wait wasn’t long, considering all items were freshly cooked to our order. Definitely recommend just make sure if it is Friday or Saturday you need to preorder. Staff were friendly and efficient considering the orders which were coming in.

I visited the nearby Caister Car collection which has an excellent tea room but doesn't do lunch so I looked on maps and saw this was very close to the beach car park in Caister and looked like just what I wanted. I'm pleased to say it was every bit as good as I hoped. Excellent fish and chips served by friendly staff.Kid-friendliness: Usual kids options are available.Parking: The car park is a very short walk away at the beach front, it does charge though . You can stop on the street for free but there's not much room so you may find it's full. The chargeable car park is large though and the beach is a great place to eat with lots of picnic tables.

Great staff, was booking only but they let us order in house which was fantastic of them, great service and you can taste freshness in fish and chips

Had cod/chips twice and a couple of sausages as well as kids fish bites.Pro:Excellent flavour and piping hot.All cooked freshly and yet service was quick.Fish bites portion was ample for child (if anything too much food!).Good to see options for fish, including whitebait and rock.Con:More than average for the area in terms of cost. Above was £29.Signage in the shop asking people to ideally pay by cash to allow avoidance of card fees. Part of business now isn't it?Overall, 5 stars. Would 100% eat from here again as fish was delicious and great to see a good old fashioned British fish 'n' chip shop still thriving, as the towns are full of kebab shops.Parking: Parking hard to find at peak hours as residential area.

I can honestly say these were the best fish and chips I have EVER had.We arrived without pre ordering but the staff were fantastic and even though they were very busy they made our order. The food was stunning and I cannot recommend this fish and chip enough.

Went in for fish an chips x 3 on 5th May 2023 at 5pm. Empty shop. Staff standing around but couldn't possibly serve me for an hour. Absolute joke. Went to Doggers Pkaice instead 10/10 and very polite..unlike the miserable staff in Ryan's...never again
