What a wonderful pub which is very doggy friendly!Great food and friendly staff. We turned up without a booking and managed to get a table.We had burger and pie - both meals were very nice.The staff were very helpful and knew the menu well. They had paid our dog plenty of attention which he loved!If we are back in the area we will definitely be visiting again!

Very busy for a Tuesday lunchtime but the guy serving ( I think he was one of the owners) served quickly and professionally considering he was by himself. I had the prawn and chorizo linguine which was delicious. Loverly atmosphere....Always is....

Didn't book first. Tables available as quiet at 5pm. Waiting staff were very pleasant. I asked to be seated away from dogs (I'm not a dog hater, but i have my reasons), but there was no guarantee. The lady did say she would try to seat people with dogs in other rooms.The food was delicious. Was hot and appropriately portioned, so we didn't feel overstuffed and uncomfortable.I have marked down on atmosphere as the dining room was very cold. No heating and no fire.Pretty pricey meal for two at just over £47 for two courses (main and dessert) and a soft drink each.

I like this pub, a good mix of the village feel and somewhere to have a cosy meal.
Really lovely pub. Staff were all very friendly and attentive and even lent us a pack of cards so we could play some games since we had to wait for the kitchen to open! Nice atmosphere inside the pub, great asthetic with good music. Food was good, fish and chips were very crispy and the portion of chips was huge! A big plus is that the fish and chips was also gluten free much to our coeliac's delight!

It would be an injustice if I didn't mention how good the White Horse Inn in Neatishead is. We had originally planned to dine here on the 20th December, although family illness meant we had to reschedule, which was accommodated with friendliness and professionalism.Fast forward to last night, and we had such a lovely time here. The staff were friendly and polite, took our order when we were ready, and the food was simply delicious (I've attached two pics of our starters; Chicken with Louisiana BBQ dip and halloumi cheese with a spicy mayo dip. Apologies that the halloumi is almost gone, it looked so good we dived right in before taking the photo!).Not to risk a long rambling review, in a nutshell, if you are looking for a characterful venue with tasty food, and decent portions, that allows dogs if you fancied taking your along (we didn't bring ours but we saw dogs inside, albeit on leads and under control), then look no further. We will be coming back as it ticked all the boxes for us.Thank you for the wonderful experience.Parking: Plenty of space and lit (when we arrived it was dark, although outside lighting provided additional means of visibility when parking).

We had the Christmas menu. We were made to feel very welcome.. The food was delicious turkey for main and Christmas pudding for dessert and a free bottle of Prosecco for early booking. Quality food and great service. Faultless!
