This is such a lovely cafe and shop! We took a couple of vegan cakes as a takeaway and they were reasonably priced and delicious, in fact, we both commented on how nice they were and generously sized. The person serving also asked if we had allergies and went away to double check ingredients etc. Well done. ?
Our family has had many enjoyable visits to Horning. A lovely place to watch boats and bird life. On this occasion we booked a table at The Galley, the owners have only recently taken over. It has a quaint cottage feel, and was toasty and warm. As well as being a cafe, it is a deli and gift shop. The staff were lovely, the food was gorgeous and for the portion sizes, we felt the prices were very fair. My daughter had a vegan platter for one, and it was delicious. We came here for lunch, and it was not disappointing! There were a couple of cafes to choose from but we are very happy we came to this one. It has a very chilled out atmosphere, and the staff are very kind and helpful. The food was incredible, so would definitely recommend! Honourable mention: the sausage butties have 5 sausages on them!
