Hired the soft play for a gathering and it’s awesome!! Toddler table with toddler chairs, adult table with adult chairs, the door to the area is pretty heavy so 2 year olds unlikely to be able to escape without adult help. Soft play itself is fab, 3 levels with slides and lookout windows, standard netting so you can see them most of the time.Kitchen staff helpful at saying what more food might appear on the buffet, showing just how fresh the food is - and it was fresh. The serving staff even let me get a glass for juice on our way out - it’s hard to get back for a drink when the kids are in the soft play bit! That really helped me out for the drive home.Thank you for an excellent experience all round!Dietary restrictions: Sausages and scrambled eggs were off the menu for me due to gluten and dairy respectively, but the scoops and serving tongs looked as if they stayed on the correct food item so I felt safe eating there.Parking: Parking was free for 3hrs which was more than enough.Kid-friendliness: Really great soft play area where adults can eat and drink and there’s only one entrance/exit which is a heavy door so younger kids unlikely to escape (ours are 2).

Only attended for the child play area. Recently changes have been implemented to remove the ball pits and replace with the cheaper option of just soft flooring. In the "Toddler" area there was a single small slide which you cannot go alongside, some ancient soft play toys and a ridiculously dirty, hard sponge matting.Staff were completely absent, waited 10 minutes for a staff member to even show their face. When they did they resorted to telling adults off for going on the equipment with their children or not wearing socks even when adults are told to supervise their children. Completely contradictory. Staff were also quite busy with telling adults off for having glasses on certain tables despite being 3ft away from tables that were permitted to have glass.Generally gone down hill, left early because even our child got bored as there was very little to do and not worth what you pay for in the slightest. Better off going to a different play area...

We always come here for the kids to play at the playarea and they love it. The place is clean and very easy get in. The staff is super welcoming especially our favourite lady Liz. She is super friendly and very helpful. I truly recommend it!

Not a bad location for families and small groups. Well known chain that actually still honours the Blue Light HM Forces & Emergency Services scheme. Food is standard for these outlets & consistent.

We came for a works Christmas outing.22 people. Everything was for the most well organised (any issues although very small where sort quickly with no fuss) and food came out hot and was good to eat. The duty manager was very attentive and nothing was to much trouble. Staff were very good attended to all our needs. Food was good quality and value for the price of the festive menuThankyou. Brewersfaye good job well done

We attended a children's birthday party in the soft play area. They loved it. Restricted seating for adults. We didn't partake of the food. Very reasonable price for the party.

Not the best not the worst . Had a 40% off voucher made it bearable. As usual kids meals useless but that same most places maybe they don't think children need nutrition! As always here there's kids running around whilst parents get boozed up . Tbh the whole place could do with a refurb & deep clean , try the clocktower instead lot nicer !

Absolutely disgusted with this establishment!!! my son was given a Sharpe steak knife to carry back to the table..he is 10 years old! Managers attitude was atrocious and was defensive saying my child shouldn't have asked for one..so does this mean any child any age walking around this restaurant ( which they do as self service drinks and play area) are given a knife if they ask!! Luckily there where no accidents..the staff here need retraining !!!!

The all you can eat breakfast is amazing for £9.99 and it is a firm favourite between me and my friend and our families. We've been a few times now and the selection of food is always good - fresh and hot and plenty to choose from. Very child friendly too and the fact that children go free with every paying adult is a bonus! Can't wait for our next breakfast :)

More a review for Liz in the soft play area. She’s got her work cut out in there but she does a good job! Always feel confident leaving my kids in there. Food isn’t what it used to be. I think the cost of living things have been cut back on, the portion size and quality is a little less also. Still a great place for kids.Kid-friendliness: Soft play for kids does the job!

Thank you for amazing time! We spent a few hours in the playing area and we definately will come back. Liz - the lady in the reception is very helpful and friendly. She is smiling and you smile back! The feedback is based on the first visit, so very impressed of the atmosphere :)Parking: The parking is big, but if there is very busy, it can be hard to get the space
