The chef menu deteriated from my previous experiences some time ago, where the macaroon-like burger was amazing and dishes were more creative.While the portion sizes are filling, and they accommodate dietary replacements, the flavouring is abit heavy (too salty with the mushroom entree /too sweet with the desert), and the tuna was dead frozen. Astounding food. The dry-aged steak is simply stunning, a proper steak (one where you don't need to add sauces to make it palatable..).. eat it as it comes (rare to medium rare along with 2 lovely sides (the veg is amazing) - unmissable. Tapas to start, plus superb deserts and wine all add to a most enjoyable evening. Great buzz to the place too.
