First of all I would just like to say, that this does not reflect in anyway the support worker who is trying to do a good job with her client, with the limited and inadequate support from the so called managers of this company. Now from there advertising and website it would have you believe they are professional and caring far from it all you have to do is look at the CQC rating and I think that speaks volumes INADEQUATE

Will never use this company again, I would be very surprised that some of the carer's have got the necessary qualifications as my wife fell out of bed and the carer was no way near my wife
