I shared this experience with Greggs directly, and they made it right. It's not the things that go wrong that cause problems, but how they are handled. I used the St Stephens store on a regular basis before lockdown.On the last occasion I was there I had a problem which was not their fault, despite this, the assistants were absolutely amazing.I felt a truly valued customer.THANK YOU GREGGS

My mate Greg just popped into Greggs here in Norwich city centre.The temperature inside his Cheese & Onion bake was over 1000 degrees.If he squeezed it, a jet of molten cheese will squirt out.Could go his way, it could go mine.Either way, one of us is going down.
