Been going in multiple times during the evening when thereâs no rush and thereâs things they need to look into-the printers in the self service tills are always out of paper, so i never know until the last second whether i need to read the order number on the screen (as itâs on the receipt)-I often get a single order and unless I go through drive thru, the wait for food is often over 15 minutes and people with bigger orders who order after me get theirs first?-the upstairs...read full review
Printers on the order machines didnât work so I had to guess my order number - Took 15 minutes for me to get some nuggets and fries and when I asked the staff they took two seconds to grab it off the side, so it was sat there the whole time?? meanwhile 10+ cars were served at the drive through and from reading other reviews this isnât uncommon

Service here was so slow, food was cold when we got it, was sent back and fresh lot done. Staff were very unenthusiastic and seemed a general attitude of couldn't be bothered!Definitely will not be visiting here again!
