This store had always been a go to with me and my friends, staff and management were professional friendly, the store always clean and organised, in the last few months since new manager key members of staff left quickly new team members are nice but it’s clearly understaffed and the new manager is out of his depth and also doesn’t look interested or happy and at times can be rude, the store isn’t the same and it’s sad to see, I do hope that someone will step in and restore...read full review
Sat evening popped in and got myself a classic hot chocolate to takeaway I forgot just how nice starbucks hot chocolate is and the man who served me was lovely. (Perfectly made hot chocolate)

Very friendly team, nice atmosphere in the storeIt was five years ago due to recent management changes and lots of food staff leaving due to this, it is no longer the case, of course some staff are lovely still? But they’re short staffed and manger alessio I think his name is really are not the best, also I’m appalled to see dusty building work to be carried out whilst the store is open this I find unacceptable in an enviroment serving food!
