Stayed here for a night with our 2 children in the family room. We didn't stay at The Black Swan although some of our guests did and they were very complimentary - sadly we were there for a funeral wake and I can honestly say that the whole experience from first contacting The Black Swan has been excellent. Sharon was very helpful, kind, sensitive and advised me well when I needed and Kim too was also helpful and patient when I changed my mind a few times. Lovely lunch my only criticism is was table of 8 all had carverys but no sauces offered to compliment meats and a purée of sweet potato put on all plates which was not liked by all
