Booked here to go for lunch as slightly out of the centre and dog friendly, she had her own bowl of water ready on arrival and treats soon followed. Two of us had the burger and two had pie, we all really enjoyed it and definitely no room for dessert! Friendly staff and we would definitely go again, ?

Had been intending to try the Wig and Pen for some time, today we finally came along. We had the Sunday roast and it was excellent. The service was amazing and even thoug the place was very busy the young lads serving us gave us genuine attention., and took the time to talk to us. An all round positive experience, we will def be back again soon

The bar tender was very friendly and attentive. I had the steak pie which had lots of meat, served with fresh vegetables. My partner had chips with mushrooms, brie and cranberry which he enjoyed. We will definitely be back again!
