On 16th September at approximately 7.30pm Straits achieved fish and chips perfection. Simply the best I ever had. Everything cooked to order, piping hot , crispy light melt in the mouth batter, beautiful chips even the mushy peas were stand out . Still the best in Sheringham.
Really really good chips. Good portion size but not silly large. Prices reasonable. Ketchup portions are 25p but are plenty for one person. Would definitely return. Did not try the fish.

In fairness it was only a portion of chips. £3 seems expensive but it is probably the going rate now. The chips were poor, dry and bland. Lots of competition so they need to up their game. Other reviews seem good so I’ll put it down as a one off.
