I don’t mind waiting for orders because obviously mcdonalds is a busy establishment, but 20 minute wait is abominable especially since it wasn’t even that busy. Not only this, we got our order half of it was missing and the other half was literally not what we ordered. Ordered a jam and butter mcmuffin, got given a cold bun with no jam or butter? absolute joke. Obviously went to get our food, they were nice and apologised but come on there was like 2 other customers it doesn’t take much to read the order

Stone cold. Inedible. Burger thrown together and stood at the counter for half an hour and no one came. Threw food away waste of money and time do not go here go to burger King

Never do I get what I've ordered whoever puts the orders on the tray needs a lesson in packing the correct food. Plus the fries are always soggy and cold and the burgers never look like the pictures ever. You'll only have cheese on one side etc there always dry.The prices a silly high for what you get I try to avoid here at all costs but even evetytime we eat the we get stomach aches the kids still want them.
Sat eating my meal and got the wrong order but too much hassle to go back in to get the right food, obviously too many people gathered serving but taking no notice of what there packing, shame

Horrible service.All the self service terminals were updating so I tried to get served at the counter.The staff member saw me, ignored me, looked directly at me again and proceeded to continue to ignore me.At least have the decency to explain what the issue is and how long you expect to be out of service for.
