Haven't been to McDonald's for about 30 years.Pleasantly surprised. Easy to order self service menus, delivered quickly, tasted ok and there is a much wider choice of meals than just burgers & chips.Flat white tasted quite rich and yet smooth. Who'd have believed that?This restaurant is on the York ring road and it gets a lot of passing traffic and it's a little sterile inside but it delivered lunch better than expected
An easy and convenient stop off for food at West side of York.Unfortunately I've never had the correct order from them in approximately 12 visit's always 1 wrong item at least.Never an item missing though just wrong burger, wrong wrap or wrong drink.What you get is good though always hot and never tepid.Staff is helpful just a bit scatter brained.

Stopped for quick break en route north. Unfortunately it seemed the staff were more concerned about drive thru customers... as an in store customer i felt very 2nd class... staff happy to chat away while i waited in store for 10 mins even though status board said order ready... no comms from any staff to even explain or apologise for delay etc.
