We nipped in here for a quick drink. I have to say I was very disappointed. The outside of the pub looks lovely but the inside is far from it.The fabric on the chairs are very very dirty. Out of 3 chairs and an armchair I was stuck which one was the cleanest to sit on. The carpet was also very dirty in places. It is crying out for some TLC.
Went last Saturday night with visiting family. Great menu choices with our favourites and a few new options. The new venison pie was delicious. Timothy Taylor's beer always appreciated by the hubby and his brother.

Lovely pub. Please attempt to count how many dogs you can see in the place ?Had lunch here and it was lovely. Service was great and the prices… not bad at all.Walked in and a table for 7 was ready immediately.Will return next time we visit the area.
