“Staying at a lodge in the area for partners birthday so booked a table here for Saturday evening.All I can say is excellent, excellent and excellent!Food, service atmosphere, everything you want for an enjoyable evenings dining.I'm 58 yrs old and I've dined all over the UK, and can honestly say that this was by far one of the tastiest meals I've ever had.Starter, main course and sweet were out of this world,and the staff couldn't do enough for you, and the cost was a lot cheaper than expected. Starters, mains,and sweet for 2 people, 3 pints and 2 ciders, and all for an amazing £66.00.All I can say is we'll done wheatsheaf, and would highly recommend to anyone.It's a definite 10 out of 10 from me.
