The Green Inn Rawcliffe
50 High St, Rawcliffe, GooleWe visited for a meal last night as a group of four and were served by the fantastic Chelsea. She took the time to explain the menu, offered recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure our evening was perfect. The food was superb – every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour.
We’ve been here twice before for Sunday lunch, which has also been excellent each time.
A huge thank you to Chelsea for her wonderful service and to the chefs for creating such delicious food. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning.

Lorenzo's Italian
Barmby on the Marsh, GooleWe are staying in Barmby on the Marsh for our annual holiday, and had popped into Lorenzo's for drinks on arrival. Tonight, we went there for dinner, and what a find! We all love Italian food as a family, so we were extremely excited to try this place. It had beautiful surroundings, was so homely, and tastefully decorated! We started with a drink in the garden, under the sun, then went to our table for dinner. Everyone was amazing, notably our main server, Darcy! She was so smiley and attentive (lovely singing too!). More incredible employees, who I couldn't miss out, are Lottie behind the bar, who remembered our brief visit earlier in the week, and Mirren and Bella, who were especially lovely and helpful with anything we requested! The food was immense and we all came away saying this was the best Italian we have ever had. Massive shout out to the chef, with particular praise for the doughballs and lobster ravioli, these stood out so much to us, some of the best meals ever! We tried a variety of cocktails too which were lovely. If you're in the area this place is a must, and I cannot stress enough how lovely the staff were!!!

Woodside
Rawcliffe Rd, Airmyn, GooleFantastic, good food & great staff. There was a problem with the card machine & the owner gave me my meal and said pay me back when you're passing. Then I was kindly lent a car to go to a nearby cash machine. Excellent place will definitely return.
