Friendly staff and very helpful. Warm and cosy. Problem with my coffee, too strong but the chap changed it no bother. One let down..toilets need scrubbed out! Disgraceful. If I hadn't been on hols I would have done them for them!
Extremely busy but staff still friendly and polite. Gorgeous carrot cake! Very impressed at cleanliness of toilets, given there was only one for customers and there were up to 10 people queueing at any one time!

Coffee was good. Nice selection of food, helpful and polite staff. Shame about the amount of people sitting around with laptops doing what looks like business or people sitting around having business meetings Not really interested in your contingencies and HR policies. Just want to relax.
