Can't say anything about the Costa shop or the staff but I will complain about how the prices have sky rocketed and its like Costa are having yiur pants down when you go for a coffee and how there points system has changed at one point I was up there nearly at £40 then next thing I've got 10 free cups of coffee, me and my daughter were saving up to have a coffee for me and hot chocolate for my daughter and cakes because they are seriously over priced no matter how nice you find...read full review
From fault of my own I missheard my order abd ended up having to change it due to my incidental intolerance for that particular milk used. The staff changed it for me and were very polite and keen to help
