Having been to the Baxter’s Arms many many times I enjoy going and the food is delightful! I hugely recommend the chicken strippers, steak pie and lasagna they are very nice ! The inside is very cozy and homely and is certainly kept clean and the staff are very polite , I would definitely suggest going !

Lovely village pub, serving a great selection of real ale, a diverse range of gins and other drinks, plus a decent menu.A single large room, but still has a cosy feel.Close to the railway main line, but more difficult to reach by car, as the village is somewhat isolated. Well worth the detour, however. There are buses, but check details as I don't imagine they are very frequent. At least the pub stays open most of the day.
