It's a timeless country pub, in an idyllic, quiet place. Great food, atmosphere, and fantastic staff. I've been and my family going for over 30 years. It's a great place.

Lovely village pub, serving a great selection of real ale, a diverse range of gins and other drinks, plus a decent menu.A single large room, but still has a cosy feel.Close to the railway main line, but more difficult to reach by car, as the village is somewhat isolated. Well worth the detour, however. There are buses, but check details as I don't imagine they are very frequent. At least the pub stays open most of the day.
