“I visited today for the first time, having planned to visit for a while I can say that it was well worth the visit. As a coeliac it gave me peace of mind that everything was 100% gluten free and there was no risk of cross contamination. I had the tomato, mozzarella and pesto panini and it was delicious and I even got some muffins to take home. I definitely recommend this little cafe for anyone coeliac or not xx”

“We drove from Hartlepool to Guisborough for our Sunday Lunch and we were definitely not disappointed! We both had a strawberry milkshake made with ice cream not powder, then I had homemade soup ( parmesan and bacon) and the wife had prawn cocktail. The actual Sunday lunches were lovely, I don't eat vegetables so they gave me extra potatoes, both meals were fantastic! Great service, very friendly and attentive! Definitely going back”

“Lunch for 2 to home-made quiche served coleslaw and salad portion chips and a lovely bottle of wine. Couldn’t fold this place at all. The service was great very friendly staff. The quiche was absolutely delicious topped off with a lovely bottle of wine girly lunch will definitely be back.”

We booked for my 50th birthday as we was on a short break in the area .
When booking on line was asked if it was a special occasion so we said for a 50th birthday.
The lady who was serving was polite but had no charisma the lady made no effort to ask about my birthday even though I had a badge on aswell. Would definitely go back for the food but maybe staff need to cheer up a bit .”

“lovely coffee shop. Frist time visiting .went for coffee some thing eat. . had a Cappuccino. really in joy coffee. taste good . had a bacon sandwich . I was really hungry. “Although this is a 'standard' Costa coffee shop, we are lucky in Guisborough to have a lovely barista called Claire. She seems to be there every day, she is always so cheerful and she makes everyone feel welcome. She often volunteers to bring your order to your table as well, which is a lovely touch.”

“Really quaint spot, staff very helpful, friendly and down to earth. Food is plain, honest cafe food. Nice for a light bite at lunch or a coffee and a catch up!”

“Went here this morning aboit 9 ish was really busy, there was one server serving all customers and she did really well by herself while other staff were filling up all the shelves ready for the day. Good job guys n gals”
