The food has been amazing we have tried different meals me and my missus and all been excellent the only thing is donner meat is a bit chewy needs to be fresh but still get 5* from me because Guisborough doesn't have a good parmo shop and it was outstanding and that is coming from a parmo critic. Very well done ?✔

We have always used Castellos & enjoyed the food. However the last twice we've ordered online & both times there's been things missing. Didn't let them know the first time as I put it down to being a one off mistake. The second time it happened I'd even placed a note on the order to ensure it didn't happen again but they missed something else off. Contacted them this time as the money adds up when they're charging you for items not being recieved. They asked us to take all of the food back so they could rectify the order. I advised that with a hangry family who had already got stuck in that I wasn't taking it all back for the sake of a topping being missed off a pizza. This seemed like over kill as the rest of the food would have been ruined by the time we got to eat it. The guy I spoke to advised me to put a note on the order next time. I told him I'd already put a note on today's order & it made no difference as it seems nobody reads them. I asked if they could refund us (on principle) or deduct it from our next order but advised they couldn't do this. No good will gesture offered. Even a can of cola would have gone some way to smooth things but on the back of the poor (repetitive) service we will be going elsewhere in the future.

I have been ordering from castello for some time and this has been the first time they accidentally sent a wrong item, i rang the restaurant and they were extreamly polite and apologetic and sent the correct item within 5mins i was very impressed with the service the food speaks for its self its very nice but the service is also excellent ?

CUSTOMERS ALWAYS WRONG . Ordered chicken kebab for collection drove 4 miles to collect it and then 4 miles to take it back to my parents only to find they not put any garlic sauce in and instead 2 chilli which I don’t like. I then phoned and complained after making sure it was wrong order. I spoke to staff member who ordered to replace the chilli for garlic which would mean a 8 mile round trip and my chicken kebab freezing cold so I asked for replacement kebab so it’s hot and I’ll bring old one back but was told no we won’t do that for you so basically enjoy your nice cold kebab but don’t worry we can change your sauce pathetic service avoid and will never use these again unreal customer service ??????

Enjoyed a chicken and donner wrap, the donner meat was the best I've had in ages and the chicken was delicious too. Needs a bit of tomato and a few onions in the salad not just lettuce. Very good though.

Meal took well over 1 hour when app said 45 minutes... you need to update the time on your app... was cold when arrived so maybe too many meals given to 1 driver? Nice meal tho other than that sorry ?
