I have been ordering from castello for some time and this has been the first time they accidentally sent a wrong item, i rang the restaurant and they were extreamly polite and apologetic and sent the correct item within 5mins i was very impressed with the service the food speaks for its self its very nice but the service is also excellent ?
Enjoyed a chicken and donner wrap, the donner meat was the best I've had in ages and the chicken was delicious too. Needs a bit of tomato and a few onions in the salad not just lettuce. Very good though.

The food has been amazing we have tried different meals me and my missus and all been excellent the only thing is donner meat is a bit chewy needs to be fresh but still get 5* from me because Guisborough doesn't have a good parmo shop and it was outstanding and that is coming from a parmo critic.
