Pubs in Guisborough
“We booked a table for 6 for 5pm and had a lovely meal. There was a bit of a wait for the food - it was surprisingly busy for a Monday night. Our only disappointment was that we had the table for only 2 hours and then another group had it booked.”
“Very welcoming and friendly service ? had a fair few drinks and a game of Bingo! Great fun....”
“A good relaxing atmosphere. No one thinking they are better than anyone else?!. Minnie the owners dog is a delight”
“Relatively quiet pub through the week usually busy Friday Saturday night as they have a DJ on for entertainment can't rate food as I've never eaten in there”
“Popped in for tea and made the most of 'parmo night'. Gorgeous food and some fun time playing pool afterwards. Family friendly local pub. :-) xxx”
“Great atmosphere and service. We advised venue in advance that my wife was allergic to chillies in any form. Waitress checked with chef in advance what dishes she could eat and presented my wife with a hand written menu. Main and specials menu very varied and different from the usual selection that you see in major chains. Well recommended.”
“Room a little small but great location in a lovely, small Northern town with great local people and excellent service. Will definitely come back here ?”
“The food was good. I recommend the steak and kidney pudding. Place is alittle shabby and tables not cleaned properly, but the toilets were very clean and staff friendly, so they are big pluses to me, which outweigh other points.”
“Popped in for evening meal. Good value and decent food (on the evidence of we had). Friendly staff and a good atmosphere in the pub with a mixture of ages in there.Really great to see it back. Guisborough needs this and we wish them all the best.”
