It is certainly the case that Pizza Express have raised their game in recent years and the menu is now rather impressive. We booked a table in advance to use some Tesco vouchers and were sat at a great table near the window in what was quiet a busy restaurant (1:30pm Saturday). The waitress assigned to our table seemed rather busy with other tables so we seemed to fall between her attention and that of a very effective and efficient manager. A typical Pizza Express meal good taste as always - simple and speedy presentation. Everything good. The staff were quite terrific. Full of fun really happy and very alert and professionl. A great hour after a hard work day
