Knaresborough M and S should not be seen as part of a large chain but an excellent, small, family run, firm which goes the extra mile to value customers. You simply can not fault any staff member but instead praise the majority for being outstanding. You feel valued, remembered and that your custom is something they treasure. The level of service should be emulated by other larger stores.The store is clean, well organised with the shelves appearing well stocked. The sell by dates allow a weekly shop to be done at ease.

I had a lovely experience at this store due to Gill! She helped me out when I needed a particular product (due to various intolerances, I had my heart set on this product!). Gill was happy to help and look through the back to see if there were any items left and to my luck, there was! Nothing was too much trouble, I really appreciated it :)

I wish they would start selling the cheese & mushroom toasties that they usually sell in their cafes. I've already requested this via the Harrogate town centre store , and I was told they would. But they haven't . They sell the cheese n ham ones so why not sell the cheese n mushroom ones . Come on Marks's it's not like you to ignore what customers request like this . The cafes aren't open , so now would be a brilliant time to take notice .you'll be able to sell them . What's the problem ??Fast forward..... Still not selling the cheese & mushroom toasties, but they've introduce most of the others, this isn't what I asked for, I wanted CHEESE 'N' MUSHROOM!!!! ?

Great little shop , but why don't they put all people Welcome ,why descriminate for LGBTQ. They're only a minority of the population anyway. Noeone knows or cares who they are when they enter the premises.
Who doesn't like M&S food. My favourite are the Best Ever Sausage Rolls. Expensive on somethings but you only get what you pay for. Always a treat.

Just working nearby for a day, visited on the way home. All very organised, everyone obeying the mask rules, which was good to see. Great selection of M&S food as usual.
