Always great food, not cheap but worth it. The mushrooms on toast are fantastic and the French onion soup is excellent. It does get very busy so worth booking, especially if you are a large group. Worth taking some cakes away with you.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift but it's quite narrow between tables
Had a lovely lunch with my friend on Monday 18th December, the staff were so friendly, it was busy as it was lunchtime but the outstanding service was fantastic. The food as always was delicious, the atmosphere was so nice and festive, the staff can’t do enough for you, so friendly and attentive. I recommend you give it ago ? you won’t be disappointed ?

Lunch with friends who hadn’t been before and were certainly not disappointed. Such lovely, friendly and helpful staff and nothing too much trouble. Very busy but the service was excellent and the food delicious and presented so beautifully. Lovely comfortable surroundings and sat for 2hrs catching up but under no pressure to leave. My friends very impressed and will definitely be going again as I will too.
