I asked for a vegetable pasty which was taken off a tray labelled ‘vegetable pasty’ however a few bites in it was chicken!! I took the pasty back to the member of staff who served me in which she didn’t really know what to do..she went back to the tray in which she got my pasty off & it was now labelled ‘chicken bake’. the worst cooplands i have been to, the shop is quite scruffy, they had no cheese straws and the woman serving had a very poor attitude. if you want a good cooplands go to the castlegate centre in stockton

Yesterday I ate a chicken bake from cooplands. I've been up all night throwing up with food poisoning. Absolutely zero chance was it from anywhere else as the rest of the day I was eating the same things as my partner. Absolutely disgustingIt's been declining in quality for a long time now and to be honest I think it's time they closed their doors. I will hands down never buy anything from there again.
