Getting a key for the loo is unexpected but I guess they have a problem with people just wandering through to use the facilities. Drinks and snacks we're fine and service friendly.
The first Esquires I've been with trained staff who understand customer service. Very responsive and very polite and helpful and all with a lovely smile.Cake was good and fresh. Coffee was OK and passable but not the best. On a par with Costa.All in all a good experience ?

Girl at the till was very helpful with my bagel choice making sure it was in stock before i bought it. Made it v quickly and professionally. I took my food out because i was in a bit of a rush and was wrapped nice. Quick and atmospheric. I got the samon bagel. 10/10. Will definitely go again.
