Food is amazing. Tea is very nice.But the staff is very rude. They need to provide better customer service. I've sent them an email giving feedback and haven't heard nothing back yet.
An ok place to get a quick drink but I couldnt sit there for too long, being slap bang in the middle of a busy shopping centre, it is noisy busy and quite headachey. I had a nice earl grey and it was a lovely winter warmer.

I visited on today for a latte, I visit all the time when I’m in town. The lady made me feel so welcome considering it was almost close. She reminded me of the offer for the cake on your birthday which I accepted. Staff are always friendly and the food and drinks are great.
