We ordered via the machines in the restaurant. We sat and waited at least half an hour before our food was delivered. Other people who were sat complained as they were there longer. We noticed that all the delivery drivers and drive through customers were being served straight away. When the food arrived we had items missing and the wrong size delivered. The place itself didn't seem bad, frankly I'm not used to KFC and for a reason, hence the three stars: I find the choices very limiting and looking for none spicy food is difficult unless with someone who knows better. The availability of sauces is also better than at McDonald's, as well as the staff here who seem happier than most McDonald's...all but one Macy store, I'd say are miserable.
