The service was the best I have ever had. The food was warm even after an hour which was surprising as some Chinese takeaways lasts only 30 minutes before I have to reheat it. The counter service boy was polite and swift with his job. He deserves a raise! The chef was polite and he cooked the food in front of me. A great experience! My little boy got free prawn crackers. Overall, the best Chinese takeaway in Teesside.
It might be the closest Asian cuisine taste you could get in the area. However, for Asian like me, it’s still way far from authentic. But to be fair, they have westernised it. I came here quite often, price is reasonable with pretty big portion. Although it’s big queue, but they made it very fast.

VERY POOR.Had a takeaway from saigon last night 9, 8, 23. Hadn't been for a while and won't be going back. The food is not the same as when Peter was in charge. The curry sauce is watery and tastes nothing like it used to. All in all a very disappointing experience at a place that used to be the best by a country mile. Get Saigon Sam back.
