My friend and I were on a minibreak in Middlesbrough and looked up micropubs. Having visited one on the same road we spotted The Bottled Note, thought it looked nice so popped in. It was quiet as early evening on a wet Thursday. After selecting our drinks we decided to sit at the bar as the owner Nick and his friend seemed happy to chat. Lovely little pub in Middlesbrough. It was a week night so fairly quiet but you can see from inside of the pub it’s a local for Boro fans on match days. They have a good choice of drinks as well.

Didn't eat so can't rate. Decent array of beers between draft and cans and bottles in the fridge. Not the cheapest prices but I personally don't mind paying a little more for a decent selection. Good conversation with the regular punters (about beer of course). Recommended for real ale drinkers.
