Fabulous family meal in the restaurant. From being greeted, the service was outstanding. We were quickly served drinks & shown to our table. The restaurant has a really good vibe & good acoustics. The menu was great. Seafood sharing platter starter was amazing. Super fresh & tasty. All the main courses, lamb, steak, duck, pork were beautifully cooked & presented. Drinks kept coming without delay throughout the meal. Highly recommend this fabulous place for a casual meal or a special occasion.

Booked Sunday lunch over the phone for 4 people and a dog, really helpful staff explaining where we could eat with a dog and the options of high stools or table and chairs.Friendly welcome when we arrived and a plate of dog treats given to the dog. Food was delicious, fabulous quality- we had sharing meat platter Sunday lunch, plenty of vegetables served separately. The staff were all friendly and made a fuss of the dog, drinks were purchased from the bar. Somehow we also managed a pudding, we left feeling very full and very happy. A lovely friendly place with very tasty food, we will be returning and I would highly recommend. If you want to visit without a dog don't be concerned about being surrounded by pooches you will be sat in the restaurant.
Absolutely delicious. In a world of overpriced and underwhelming food, the foxhole is such a treat! Great value for money and every part of our Sunday roast was delicious. The atmosphere is lovely! We’ll be back ?

Delicious food (I had the fishcakes with Thai sauce) and a nice selection of beers on tap!Parking: 10 ishWheelchair accessibility: Door off the street into a porch then into the bar area. A bit tight to navigate but do able.
