Fabulous family meal in the restaurant. From being greeted, the service was outstanding. We were quickly served drinks & shown to our table. The restaurant has a really good vibe & good acoustics. The menu was great. Seafood sharing platter starter was amazing. Super fresh & tasty. All the main courses, lamb, steak, duck, pork were beautifully cooked & presented. Great food and efficient, friendly staff. Good atmosphere in comfortable surroundings. Lunch menu was extensive (we were able to book for 3pm on Sunday). Lots of choice with vegetarian options. Main course served with good variety of fresh veg. Our table of 3 all chose different meals and all were beautifully presented, delicious and decent portion size - really good quality. No dog but very doggie friendly.

Wish I lived locally next to this gem! We tried booking over the phone and no one answered all morning and early afternoon, so we dropped by and they accommodated us next to a warm log fire which was perfect! The food was one of the best meals I’ve had, good portions, high quality and perfect flavours. I sent my compliments to the chef which I rarely do.
