Not that busy on a Sunday morning. Sat down and ordered drinks, cake and a Bacon Sandwich. The drinks arrived quickly, which were quite nice. Swiftly followed by a cake. Unfortunately the bacon sandwich took a whole 40 minutes to arrive. I'm sorry but it wasn't busy and for service to take a whole 40 minutes was way too long. Past it by the time it arrived as you start to feel a little irritated with the length of time.Would not hurry back I am afraid. Disappointed.
Found this place quite by chance when looking online for somewhere nearby to grab lunch, as we were holidaying in the area. We decided to sit inside as it was made quite clear on signs outside that there would be wasps in the outside sitting area. We were greeted by friendly staff and we found a table inside to sit at. Excellent cafe. Steak nights on Friday each month were rather special. Fabulous breakfast and cafe. Brilliant locally sourced and home made produce. Well run and fabulous venue. Will be missed
